​My unofficial job title has always been Cat Herder and Queen of the Unseen (I will organize the bejeezus out of the cabinet under your kitchen sink!!).​​​

I have always said "I don't have an artistic bone in my body. I could not draw a stick figure to save my life. I am okay with that, my talents lie elsewhere" … ​​​​​​

Then one day, I went to one of those “wine & paint” nights! I knew it would be fun if my dear friend Robin invited me. I knew my painting would be horrible, but for once, I didn’t care. I wasn’t there to achieve or impress. I was there to have a glass of wine with a friend and enjoy some rare time together in our overly busy lives.​​​​​​

​Lo and behold...my painting was not headed to the dustbin, it actually had some redeeming qualities. And the rest, I say, is history.

I am a creator and a maker.

I have never thought of myself as an artist..and I still don’t…I am a Creator
